The media spokesman in the Public Security Directorate said that rescue and ambulance personnel in the Aqaba Civil Defense Directorate dealt, with the support of the Aqaba Police, with the deterioration of a tank loaded with T1 with an estimated load of 39 tons in the back road area, which led to a leak of the oil substance.

Where the rescue teams worked to treat the leak under difficult weather conditions and high temperatures and were able to stop the leak professionally and thus prevented any injuries or the ignition of those petroleum materials.
