Pear-shaped obesity (buttocks and thighs) is a characteristic of women, but with time it is replaced by male obesity – the accumulation of fat in the abdominal area. This obesity is very dangerous because it causes many diseases, including cancer. In addition to this, women try in this period “Eat” all the negatives of her life, which causes addiction to food, to overcome these negatives, loneliness and boredom.

Nutrition experts emphasize that the effective way to get rid of excess weight is to reduce the amount of fat and calories in foods, but while maintaining the necessary amount of protein and vitamins in them. Physical activity must also be increased in order to maintain muscle mass. For example, when playing tennis for an hour or working in the garden, the body spends 350 kilos, and swimming 500 kilos, and aerobic exercises and badminton for one hour burns 450 kilos.
