The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” warned, on Tuesday, of the Israeli occupation measures in the Al-Bustan neighborhood in the city of Jerusalem, and said that it was “a new crossing of the red lines.”
Hamas said, in a statement issued by its spokesman, Muhammad Hamada, that “what the occupation is doing, blatantly transgressing and storming the Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan, with the intention of demolishing homes and displacing its people, is a new transgression of the red lines, and tampering with detonators whose consequences are unknown.”
The movement added, “The resistance confirms that it is alert and alert to what the occupation is doing in Jerusalem, and we will not allow the occupier to continue the policy of biting Jerusalem slowly in order to falsify its reality and complete its Judaization.”
And she continued, “The options of the resistance in responding to the occupation are open and multiple, and all of them can be studied and implemented.”
Hamas called on the Palestinian people to “continue to fight the occupation and pay the price of the aggression.”
Today, Tuesday, the occupation authorities demolished a commercial store in the Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan town.
Israel intends to completely demolish the neighborhood, which consists of 100 homes, inhabited by about 1,200 people.
Currently, the Israeli authorities have issued demolition orders for 13 homes in the neighborhood.
