Today, Saturday, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Mahmoud Zureikat, inspected at the new Zarqa Governmental Hospital the injured of two separate traffic accidents that occurred at midnight last night and at dawn today.

During the visit, Zureikat reassured the injured and met the hospital director, Dr. Mahmoud Doula, and the doctors supervising the condition of the injured, and directed the provision of full health care services to them.

The director of the hospital, Dr. Mahmoud Doula, indicated that the hospital received 27 injuries as a result of the two traffic accidents, 19 of which were males and 8 females.

He explained that three of the injured were admitted to the intensive care rooms, where the initial report indicated that two of them were bad and the third was critical.

Doleh indicated that the critical condition belongs to a 13-year-old girl who is under observation and on a respirator and suffers from fractures of the skull and bone of the eye, pointing out that the other two cases are stable. Internal bleeding and he underwent exploratory surgery.

Doula indicated that 24 injured were admitted to the hospital’s internal departments, and their general condition is good, noting that three of them have been discharged from the hospital.
