A person in his fifties was injured in a run-over accident near Al-Sahafa Tunnel on Queen Rania Street in the capital, Amman.

Eyewitnesses said that the driver took control of his vehicle, causing the citizen to run over, while the civil defense forces took the person to the hospital, describing his condition as bad.

Earlier, citizens demanded the concerned authorities to build a pedestrian bridge in the area due to the citizens’ inability to cross the street.
