The media spokesman for the Public Security Directorate said that employees of the Drug Enforcement Administration tracked down a suspect in cases of trafficking and drug promotion after information was received about his criminal activities.

After ascertaining his possession and transferring a quantity of narcotic substances from one of the northern governorates to the capital, his vehicle was raided and he was arrested, and four firearms and 6000 narcotic pills were seized.

In another case in the capital, three people were arrested, who were involved in attempting to smuggle 75,000 narcotic pills. Narcotic pills were estimated at 75,000 pills.
