The Minister of Health, Dr. Firas Al-Hawari, circulated to take nasopharyngeal swab samples from all employees of government departments and institutions, with a swab every two weeks from each person, except for those who received the two doses of the vaccine.

Al-Hawari attributed the reason for the circular to reducing the possibility of the entry and spread of mutants in Jordan, and maintaining the epidemiological situation, especially after the decisions to open many sectors and receive travelers from many countries.

He noted that the world is witnessing an increase in the number of cases of mutated Corona virus and the occurrence of setbacks in the epidemiological situation in some countries, despite the increase in the number of vaccinated people in those countries.
